Section 3(13) in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
(13)Every licensee shall keep a log book in From I and readings of temperature, relative humidity, weight of compression shall be entered uninterruptedly at intervals of 4 hours during the working of Cold Storage till automatic recorder is installed. Licensing Officer or any person properly authorised by him shall personally verify the records and sign the log book at the time of inspection.
