Section 38(1) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(1)The State Government shall prepare sponsorship programme in consultation with the Non Governmental Organizations, Child Welfare Committees, other relevant government agencies and the corporate sector.
