Section 26(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Operation And Maintenance) Act, 2002
(1)No person shall, while travelling in the metro railway, carry with him any goods other than [* * *] [Omitted 'a small' by Act No. 34 of 2009.] baggage containing personal belongings not exceeding such volume and weight as may be prescribed.
