Section 10 in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance) Regulations, 2000
10. Exemption.
- These standards of performance shall remain suspended during Force Majeure condition such as war, mutiny, civil commotion, riot, flood, cyclone, lightning, earthquake or other force or cause beyond the control of the licensee and strike, lockout, fire affecting the licensee's installations and activities.
