387. Delegation of powers by the Government.
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, delegate to any person or authority all or any of the powers vested in them by this Act except the power to make rules and may, in like manner, withdraw any powers so delegated.(2)The exercise of any powers delegated under Sub-section (1) shall be subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed or as may be specified in the notification and also to control and revision by the Government.
