Commissioner to frame scales of charges for services in respect of vessel or goods, etc.- The Commissioners shall also frame a scale of charges for any services to be performed by the Commissioners or their 2[employees] in respect of 4[vessels or goods excepting the services in respect of vessels for which fees are chargeable under the Indian Forts Act, 1908], or for the use of any works or appliances lobe provided by the Commissioners.
