1.Learned lawyer for the High Court Administration submit Registrar General has submitted her report.

3. Learned counsel for M/s. Pincon Spirits Ltd. submits the confiscated liquor was auctioned at an abysmally low price. By earlier order Excise Commissioner was called upon to submit show cause before this court.
4. Learned Government Pleader for the State seeks time to take instruction in the matter.
5. State shall submit report with regard to modalities of the auction and the fairness of the auction process on the adjourned date.

6. Learned counsel for the Pincon Group of Companies submits number of immovable properties have been sealed by the Economic Offences Wing (for short EOW). There is no maintenance of the said properties. As a result, the properties are in dilapidated condition. They require immediate repair.
7. State shall submit report with regard to status of the properties on the adjourned date. 3
