Section 41(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
(1)When the affairs of a Market Committee are investigated under section 40 or the proceedings of such Committee are examined under section 43, all officers, servants and members of such Committee shall furnish such information in their possession in regard to the affairs or proceedings of the Committee as the Director, officer authorised or, as the case may be, State Government may require.
