Government having ordered that, on the discovery of any irregularity in respect of punching or otherwise defacing Court-fee stamps, the inspecting Registration Officer should at once bring the matter to the notice of the Presiding Officer of the Court, such officer should go into the matter at once and thus trace the person who is responsible for the omission pointed out by the inspecting officer.
