Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Biological Diversity Rules, 2015
1. Short title and commencement.
- i. These rules may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Biological Diversity Rules, 2015.ii. They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.
