Except as provided in paragraph 6 of the leave terms below rule 103 of the Uttar Pradesh Fundamental Rules, in the case of a government servant who is serving on a contract or agreement no leave, including leave on medical certificate, shall be granted for a period extending beyond the term of the contract or agreement unless or until it has been decided to retain him in permanent employ.Recess Leave
