- The Deputy Commissioner may grant a temporary late closing licence to the holder of any hotel or restaurant licence on the occasion of festivals on payment of a fee of Rs. 20 per diem according to Rule 229 of these rules permitting him to make sales up to an hour not later than 1.30 A.
