Section 6(2) in Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Special Licence for more than One Market Areas) Rules, 2007
(2)After scrutiny of the application received, for special licence by the notified authority/officer, such inquiry may be made as is deemed necessary regarding mentioned market areas and purchase centres from Secretary of concerned market committees and divisional Deputy Director. The notified authority or officer shall have power to delete or amend any market area or purchase centre from the application for special licence.
