UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Aggrieved by an order dated 4.3.2016 in an Arbitration Appeal arising out of an order dated 14.1.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of Bombay High Court declining an interim relief under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the unsuccessful petitioner preferred the instant special leave petitions.
We do no see any reason to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petitions are dismissed.
Obviously, there is an impending arbitration. In view of the same, we only observe that the Arbitrators will proceed to decide the dispute between the parties as and when the arbitration proceedings take place uninfluenced by any observations made in the impugned order.
Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
