Section 157(c) in The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000
(c)in sub- section (3),-(i) the words" managing agent, secretaries and treasurers" at both the places where they occur, shall be omitted;(ii)for the words" one thousand rupees", the words" ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
