Section 3 in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
3. Application of the Part.
- This part shall apply to-(i)the regions in which immediately before the coming into force of this Act, primary education was provided for directly by the State Government;(ii)such other regions or part thereof as the State Government may, notification, extend the provisions thereof.
