97. Settlement report to be printed and published.
(1)On submission of a settlement report, the Collector shall cause such report to be published in the prescribed manner.(2)There shall also be published in each village a notice in Marathi stating for each class of land in the village the existing standard rate and the extent of any increase or decrease proposed therein by the Settlement Officer. The notice shall also state that any person may submit to the Collector his objection in writing to the proposals contained in the settlement report within three months from the date of such notice.
