Section 341(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)If the Speaker is of opinion that a motion for the adjournment of a debate is an abuse of the rules of the House, the Speaker may either forthwith put the question thereon or decline to propose the question.
