Section 21(1) in National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Rules, 1949
(1)The transfer of an officer [of the Senior Wing] [Inserted by S.R.O. 216, dated 7th June, 1957, Part II, Section 4, page 97] of the Girls' Division from one unit to another shall be authorised by the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
