(1)A coconut producers company or a co-operative society having a valid licence under the Food Safety and Standards Authority Act, 2006 (Central Act 34 of 2006) may apply for grant of licence under these rules. Every application for grant of licence for tapping and sale of Neera shall be in Form I and every application for possession, transport, sale and distribution of Neera or for manufacture of products from Neera, shall be in Form II.
