Section 23(4) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections al (2) and (3), it shall be the discretion of a self-supporting co-operative society or the federal self-supporting co-operative society. to admit a person or a self-supporting co-operative society as its member keeping in view the capacity of the services rendered by such society.
