Section 749(2)(h) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(h)It should state the financial resources of the institution which should be such as to make due provision for its continued maintenance; a reserve fund of rupees two thousand for a school and five thousand for a college has to be deposited in the joint names of the Secretary and the Principal by designation.
