.-(1) Every person holding or acting under a license granted under these rules shall produce it, or an authenticated copy of it, at the place to which the license applies, when called upon to do so by any of the officers specified in rule 71.(2)Copies of any license may, for the purposes of this rule, be authenticated by the authority, which granted the license-(a)on payment of a fee as specified in Schedule V for each authenticated copy; and(b)on the submission of a copy of the plan identical with the approved plan attached to the license.
