Section 17(i) in Andhra Pradesh Rules Under the Registration Act, 1908
(i)The stamp vendor's endorsement on a document shall be considered to be a part of the document, and if it is in a language not commonly used in the District, the Registering Officer shall, if he does not understand the language, demand of the presentant to file a true translation and also a true copy. No fee shall be levied for filing such translation under this sub-rule.
