Section 4(1) in The Orissa Minimum Wages Rules, 1954
(1)Save as otherwise expressly provided in these rules, the term of office of a non-official member of the Board shall be two years commencing from the date of his nomination:Provided that such members shall, notwithstanding the expiry of the said period of two years, continue to hold office until his successor is nominated.
