Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Rules, 1970
1. Short title, extent and commencement
-(i) These rules maybe called the Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Rules, 1970.(ii)These shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Government Gazette.
