Section 33(1) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(1)There shall be a Dean, Students' Welfare, who shall be a Dean, whole-time officer of the University and shall be directly responsible to the Vice-Chancellor in carrying out his duties and responsibilities mentioned in the Statutes and the Regulations.
