Section 294(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(b)having the care of a person whom he known to be suffering from a dangerous disease cause or permit that person to expose other persons to the risk of infection by his presence or conduct in any such street or place as aforesaid;
