Section 30(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)All moneys received by the Council as fees and grants under this Act or otherwise shall be credited to a fund to be, called "the Orissa Veterinary Council Fund" which shall be under the management and control of the Council and shall be held and applied by the Council for the purposes of this Act in such manner as may be prescribed.
