Section 5(2) in The Tamil Nadu Aquaculture (Regulation) Act, 1995
(2)The Assistant Director of Fisheries or the Chief Executive Officer, Brackish Water Fish Farmers Development Agency, as may be authorized by the Government in this behalf, shall be the Member-Secretary of the District Committee ex-officio.
