1. Issue notice in ARB.P. 582/2020.

2. Mr. Dattatray Vyas, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Mr. Vyas submits that he has already filed the counter affidavit in respect to the ARB.P. 582/2020 as well as O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 63/2020, albeit belatedly, as indicated in the latter petition.

3. The delay in filing counter affidavit to O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) 63/2020 is condoned.

4. Neither of the said responses, of the respondent, is on record. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to coordinate with the Registry and ensure that the counter affidavits are placed on record prior to the next date of hearing.

5. Mr. Amit Pawan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks and is granted two weeks to file rejoinder to the counter affidavits filed by the respondent to these petitions.

6. Renotify on 5th April, 2021.
