Section 10(1) in Punjab Regulation of Wood Based Industries Rules, 2019
(1)Any person or Wood Based Industry, not requiring license under these rules, is required to be registered under these rules. For registration, an application is to be made in Form-II to the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district along with a copy to the General Manager, District Industry Centre for No Objection Certificate and a copy to the concerned Divisional Forest Officer.
