11. Panel of consultants.
(1)The Commission may constitute a panel of consultants for assisting the Commission in a wide range of tasks such as investigation or inquiry; to serve on task forces or committees and for research and analysis.(2)The Commission may draw experts from academic, research administrative, investigative, legal or civil society groups to form the panel.(3)The Commission may devise a transparent process for empanelling these consultants so that they are available for quick delegation of tasks.
