ORDER (ORAL)
Hon'ble Mr. Shekhar Agarwal, Member (A) This OA has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"(a) to direct the respondents to expedite the issue in respect of pay parity of the applicants with Audiometry Technicians employed in Central Govt. which is under consideration of the GNCT/ Respondents; and
(b) to direct the respondents to consider for upgrading the pay scale of the applicants in the grade of Rs. 16002660 in terms of 5th CPC recommendation for the purpose of revised their pay in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 w.e.f. 01.01.96 on the basis of para 52.111 of the pay commission recommendation and this particular para may be ordered to be implemented; and
(c) to direct the respondents to review the cadre of Audiometric Assistant to bring at par with Audiometry Technicians employed in Central Govt. Hospital and for granting pay parity with to the Audiometry Technicians may be ordered to be considered, and
(d) to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from 01.01.96 and after implementing the same, it may be ordered to revise the pay of the applicants in terms of 5th & 6th CPC; and
(e) to allow the original application.
(f) any other relief which this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper may also be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the applicants."
2. We have heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sh. R.K. Shukla and learned counsel for the respondents, Ms. Alka Sharma. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicants on being pointed out that the applicants were seeking multiple reliefs in this OA, has given up all other prayers except clause 'c' of the relief clause. Accordingly, this OA was heard only for relief clause 'c'.

Prayer in this clause is for directions to the respondents to hold cadre review for the cadre of Audiometric Assistants with a view to bringing them at 3 OA-487/2015 par with Audiometric Technicians in Central Govt. hospitals. Learned counsel for the applicants mentioned that no cadre review has been held by the respondents for this cadre since the time of its initial constitution. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents will have no objection in holding cadre review as per rules.
4. Accordingly, this OA is disposed of with direction to the respondents to hold the cadre review of the cadre of Audiometric Assistants within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. No costs.
