In these cases, the learned senior counsel despite being present before this Court on behalf of the respondent no.2 insist that he wants to argue this case in the first week of May, 2022 without giving any reason as to why he does not want to argue the case today itself. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners is present before this Court and willing to argue the case today itself. The case cannot be accommodated as per the wish and desire of the senior counsel.

Under the circumstances, interim relief to continue and list these case in week commencing on 22.07.2022 along with M.Cr.C.No.6383/2022.
