Section 24(6) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(6)A person to be selected as a member of the Committee shall have either of the following qualifications, in addition to five years experience in their respective field, namely -(a)a respectable, well educated citizen with the background of special knowledge of social work, child psychology, education, sociology or home science; or(b)a teacher or a doctor or a senior retired public servant who has been involved in work concerning child welfare; or(c)a social worker of repute, who has been directly engaged in child welfare.
