Section 124(7) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(7)[ On the last day of the days so allotted, at 17.00 hours or at such other hour as the Speaker may fix the Speaker shall forthwith put every question necessary to dispose of all outstanding matters in connection with the demands for grants and the consideration thereof shall not be interrupted in any manner whatsoever nor shall dilatory motion be moved in regard thereto.] [Substituted vide O.L.A.
