Section 5(2) in The Maharashtra Bhil Naik Inams Abolition Act, 1955
(2)If the inamdar or the inferior holder fails to pay the occupancy price within the prescribed period he shall be deemed to be unauthorisedly occupying the land and shall be liable to be summarily ejected in accordance with the provisions of the Code.
