Section 79(1) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(1)The Chief Electrical Inspector or any officer deputed by him, inspecting an installation under rule 44 in Part II or under rule 94 in Part VI shall, if he discovers any defect therein, issue written orders to the owner or person in charge for their rectification and prescribe reasonable time within which such orders should be carried out.
