(s)"Educated Unemployed" means a person,-

(i)who holds at least High School Certificate Examination i.e. 10th pass in (10+2) system of the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education;

(ii)who is a resident of the State of Chhattisgarh;

(iii)who is above 18 years but below 35 years of age;

(iv)who belongs to Below Poverty Line family; and

(v)who has not availed any facility under any other scheme for Educated Unemployed at any time;
