Section 25(2) in The Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984
(2)On receipt of an application under sub-section (1), the Council shall grant to the applicant a certificate of registration in such form as may be provided by regulations:Provided that on the removal of his name from a register, such certificate shall cease to be valid.
