Section 2(f) in Telangana Heritage (Protection, Preservation, Conservation and Maintenance) Act, 2017
(f)"Conservation" means the process involved in the preservation of a Heritage structure building/site/precincts in order to retain its historical, architectural, environmental or cultural significance including the maintenance and according to necessity preservation, restoration or reconstruction or a combination of more than one of the above;
