Section 1 in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965.(2)This section shall come into force at once.(3)The State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as may be specified in the notification.
