Section 61A(1)(i) in The Orissa Factories Rules, 1950

(i)possesses a recognised degree in any branch of engineering or technology and has had practical experience of working in a factory for a period of not less than two years, or a recognized degree in Physics or Chemistry of a recognised diploma in any branch of engineering or technology and has had practical experience of working in a factory in a supervisory capacity for a period of not less than five years;
