Section 10(1) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(1)Two days after scrutiny of the nominations, the Election Officer shall prepare in Telugu language a list in Form 8 of persons whose nominations have not been rejected and who have not withdrawn their candidature and publish it on the notice board of his office.
