Section 11(2)(b) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999

(b)the last date for making nominations which shall be the third day after the publication of notice of election referred to in clause (a) or, if that day is a public holiday, the next working day and the hours between which the nominations may be made which shall be 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on each day, the time and date for scrutiny of the nominations which shall be 11.00 a.m. of the day immediately following the last date for making nominations or, if that day is a public holiday, the next working day, the hour and date up to which the withdrawal of nominations may be made which shall be 3.00 p.m. of the second day after the date for scrutiny of nominations or, if that day is a public holiday, the next working day;
