Section 82(2) in Kerala Municipality Building Rules, 1999
(2)In addition to the minimum front, rear and side open spaces required as per (1) above for height upto 10 m. proportionate increase in such minimum open space at the rate of 0.50m for every 3.0m height exceeding 10m shall be provided.
