60. Assessment of market fees payable to Marketing Board by the licensed/registered functionaries.
- If any person required to produce accounts or furnish information under sub-section (1) of section 69 fails to produce such accounts or to furnish information or knowingly furnishes incomplete or incorrect account or information or has not maintained proper accounts of the business of the notified agricultural produce, then, the Secretary of the Marketing Board on his own motion, shall assess such person for levying fees levied under section 34 on the basis of the information available with the Marketing Board.
