Section 16 in The Public Premises (Eviction Of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971
16. Protection of action taken in good faith.—
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the statutory authority or the appellate officer or the estate officer in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder.
