Section 44 in Delhi Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 2004
44. Repeal.
- The Ancient Monuments Preservation Act, 1904 (VII of 1904), in its application to the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall cease to have effect in relation to ancient and historical monuments, archaeological sites and remains and all other matters pertaining thereto, to which this Act applies, except in respect of things done or omitted to be done before the commencement of this Act.
